All orders are shipped using USPS. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address is current and accurate prior to checking out.

If there's a shipping issue the best thing to do is reach out to your local post office as we have no control over the packages once they are dropped off. If it seems lost in transit or shows delivered without it actually being delivered please inquire with USPS.com.
